I'm the photographer and memory collector behind Photo's By Brij. My style is more relaxed, natural and often focused on capturing genuine reaction rather than a perfect pose. I've learned that the best photos don't typically come from "Okay Everyone Smile" but more from the chaos that happens in-between. My favourite reactions are typically from the photos people didn't know I was taking. The raw, real, smiles, happy tears, celebrations and the face your athlete makes when giving it their all.

I'm a mom to two wonderful kids, and a dogmama to Hank. All of whom model for me when I have a new crazy idea I need to capture or new equipment to play with. Our life is fun, chaotic and busy. I spend a lot of time in freezing arenas, dusty fields and questionable weather conditions so you don't have to.

As cliche as it sounds, my love for photography started when I was young. Always taking too many photos and running to get them developed, or taking grainy, blurry photos on the latest flip phone in early 2000's, then upgrading to a digital camera not long after that which never left my side.

The professional side of photography started after years of taking annual fall photos of my children and people repeatedly asking "who did those for you?" Soon after I started lugging around my camera bag to sporting events where my true creativity came to light freezing action into moments.
